By optimizing the development of the detail to be printed also topological analyzes carried out with specific software such as Ansys Discovery, we create very high quality 3D prints, ensuring maximum fidelity both in aesthetic and volumetric rendering, and in functional, structural and performance.

ABS-M30
ABS-M30 is the cheapest material in the thermoplastic range.
The ABS-M30 is an ideal material for conceptual modeling, functional prototypes, production equipment and ready-to-use components.
The ABS-M30 has greater resistance to traction, impact and bending than standard ABS.
The bonding between the layers is significantly more resistant than that of the ABS for a longer life of the components.

ABS-M30i
ABS-M30i is a biocompatible 3D printing material that allows the production of parts used in food packaging and medical equipment pharmaceutical and surgical.

ASA
Excellent UV stability and the best aesthetic performance among FDM thermoplastic materials.

NYLON 12
The 3D Nylon 12 printing material allows to create advanced prototypes and customized tools for all those applications that require a high resistance, Nylon 12 is ideal for all applications that require a resistant material such as snap closures and friction inserts
The Nylon 12 parts created on the Fortus 3D production systems are the most resistant in the industry:
– elongation at break higher than 100-300%;
– better resistance than any other additive manufacturing technology;
– better rolling on the Z axis;
– impact resistance;
– excellent chemical resistance;
– Heat deflection 97°C;

Applications:
Applications in the aerospace and automotive sectors include production equipment, masks and assembly elements, as well as prototypes for internal coating, low-heat ventilation components.
In developing commercial products, FDM Nylon 12 enables the creation of durable prototypes for vibration-resistant panels and components pressure and impact.
NYLON 12 CF
Lightweight, durable, 35% carbon fiber thermoplastic material for 3D printing, with excellent structural characteristics.
Suitable for metal replacement, that is, alternative to many metallic materials, such as aluminum alloy 6061.
The presence of carbon fiber gives and increases the basic characteristics of NYLON 12, in particular:
– the highest flexural strength of any other FDM material;
– the best stiffness-to-weight ratio;

PC POLICARBONATO
The PC is an industrial thermoplastic widely used in the automotive, aerospace sector:

PC ABS
PC-ABS (polycarbonate-ABS) is one of the most widely used industrial thermoplastic blends as it creates a union between the mechanical characteristics of polycarbonate with the aesthetics and elasticity typical of ABS:

PC ISO
The PC-ISO is a biocompatible industrial thermoplastic material which, in its raw state, complies with the ISO 10993 standard and the USP VI Class 1.

PPSF can be sterilized by steam autoclave, ethylene oxide, plasma, chemical sterilization and radiation.
