This brand new endoscope washer was developed from scratch with the client, raising the bar of quality compared to what has been on the market to date.A work that touched both purely functional and structural and kinematic aspects; a truly demanding challenge which as such gave us great satisfaction after the project was completed.
Design
Before proceeding with the construction of the prototype, it was essential to try to give a touch of elegance to the machine, going from “must work perfectly” to “must work perfectly and must also be beautiful”. Within the limits of the extreme usability required, from the smallest possible dimensions and from the specificity of the product, we have been able to clean the broken lines given by the machine volumes that make it suitable to integrate perfectly in hospital structures that aim to have cutting-edge equipment.
Production and assembly working prototype
We also took care of the construction and assembly of the “zero prototype” which was then presented at the MEDICA international fair in Dusseldorf. All the details in PC ISO have been produced internally in our company with Stratasys professional printers suitable for additive production also with bio-compatible materials. After the functional tests and the necessary calibrations of the moving parts, possible only thanks to the fact of following the development of a product until its realization, the working machine made its debut on the market.
