The request was to integrate three different products sold individually in a single solution, maintaining standard dimensions.
Due Pi Greco’s solution
We solved the customer’s request by integrating all three elements in a single tall unit: steam oven (with warming drawer), blast chiller and freezer. Thus creating a stylish, compact and complete cooking and freezing device for food products which operates in compliance with legislation throughout the cold cycle.
