An innovative product for the analysis and evaluation of ulcers, a device that helps experts in the sector both in the analysis phase and in the data management phase, cannot disregard a design up to its technological qualities.Omnidermal Biomedics (www.omnidermal.it) has entrusted us with the stylistic study of the Wound Viewer, focusing on soft and ergonomic lines to respect the aesthetic standards of the medical sector and facilitate the taking of the product by doctors.

Engineering

Next step was the plastics industrialization oriented to the production technology chosen by the customer. A painstaking job to respect the initial style and to optimize the overall dimensions and fixings of the internal components.

Prototipazione e assemblaggio

To complete the product development process, we printed a series of devices with our Stratasys professional printers and then assembled them in our equipped area. Products made with biocompatible material and usable directly in medical laboratories.
